Suzu Hirose stars in the TV drama "Who saw the peacock dance in the jungle?" (TBS, Friday 10pm). The synopsis and stills from the 6th episode, which will air on February 28th, have been released.
Kokoro Mugi (Hirose) is questioned by the prosecutor in charge of the headquarters, Anan (Takiuchi Kumi). When she returns to the office with Matsukaze (Matsuyama Kenichi), she finds that lawyer Narukawa (Mamiya Hiroyuki) has come to help her with the case.
Detective Akazawa (Fujimoto Takahiro) has his dangerous past exposed by a weekly magazine reporter, Kamii (Hayato Isomura), and takes action.
Kokoromugi and Narukawa go to live with Tsuderai Kota, who is said to have taken in Hayashikawaka, the only survivor of the Togayama incident.
Based on the manga of the same name by Rito Asami (published by Kodansha "Kiss"), this suspenseful story depicts the intertwining love and destiny of a parent and child caught up in a false accusation case.
