A plastic model of Ideon, which appears in the robot anime "Space Runaway Ideon", "SMP [SHOKUGAN MODELING PROJECT] Space Runaway Ideon - Activation Set - (Renewal Ver.) [Premium Bandai Limited]" (Bandai) will be released. It is a candy Shokugan that comes with a gum as a bonus, and costs 6,000 yen.
To coincide with the 45th anniversary of "Space Runaway Ideon" in 2025, the Ideon from the "Super Minipla" series will be re-released as part of the "SMP" series with new specifications. The product material has been changed, stickers and coloring have been added, and new detail-up parts have been added. The transformation of the three ABC mechas and their combination into Ideon are reproduced, and a large weapon, the Wave Guide Gun, is included. The total height is approximately 18 cm.
Pre-orders are being accepted on Bandai Namco Group's official shopping site, Premium Bandai. Shipment is scheduled for June.
