Episode 18 of the TV anime "Witch Watch," based on the popular manga by Kenta Shinohara currently serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha), titled "Kara-chan and Shiki/Raging B-Damania/Scramble Scrap Squad," will be broadcast on August 3rd in the MBS/TBS Sunday 5pm anime slot "Nichi 5."
Nico and Cook, dressed as shrine maidens, were helping out at the shrine where Gara's father was the chief priest. While helping out, Nico cast a spell called anicut on the paper used to make the paper streamers, creating a moving paper cat. Gara immediately tried making a bird to send flying into the sky, but it was too awkwardly shaped and unable to fly. However, because she cut it so poorly, it ended up looking like a "shikigami," and it seemed to have given birth to some kind of life that would never disappear.
