The exhibition "Hello Kitty Exhibition: When I Change, Kitty Changes" celebrating Hello Kitty's half century since her debut will be held at the Fukuoka Art Museum (Chuo-ku, Fukuoka) from June 24th to August 31st.
The exhibition will feature the largest amount of Hello Kitty merchandise ever, as well as collaborative works with artists and original video content. There will also be a photo spot.
The museum is closed every Monday during the exhibition period, but will be open on July 21st and August 11th, and closed on the following days, July 22nd and August 12th. Viewing hours are from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Hours are extended until 8 pm on Fridays and Saturdays in July and August. Admission is possible until 30 minutes before closing.
