Tanaka Drill's new series "Surugameteo" began in the seventh issue of "Weekly Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha), released on January 15th. The baseball manga features a passionate captain and a timid freshman, and was described as "a super youthful baseball story that begins at the batting center."
The story is about an overly passionate captain who finds a shy high school freshman with a big butt as a potential ace, and sets out to reach Koshien from behind a dark and cramped batting center.
