It has been announced that TV Asahi will be launching a new nationwide anime time slot, "IMAnimation W," on Wednesday nights from April 2025. The variety show "Cream Nantara," which is currently being broadcast in the same time slot, will be rescheduled to a new time slot from spring 2025.
The first of the new anime slots will be "Your Forma," based on a popular light novel, which will be broadcast every Wednesday at 11:45 pm from April 2025. In July of the same year, "Hell Teacher Nube," which is the first new anime adaptation in about 26 years, will be broadcast.
The announcement was made at the "TV Asahi New Anime Announcement" broadcast on YouTube on December 17th. The station launched a nationwide anime slot "IMAnimation" in October, which will be broadcast every Saturday at 11:30 pm, and will also add an anime slot on Wednesdays at 11 pm. At the presentation, it was also announced that the popular character Koupen-chan will be made into a short anime to be broadcast in spring 2025.
