TV Asahi's special program "Solving the Mystery! The Legendary Mystery" aired on December 12th, and featured the Ako Incident from the Edo period, which is known as the subject of the story "Chushingura."
The program also featured descendants of people involved in the Ako Incident, who shared valuable stories passed down from their ancestors. Appearing as a descendant of Hazama Jujiro, the man who was the first to strike Kira Kozukenosuke, was Hasama Michio, a Japanese dubbing voice actor with over 60 years of experience.
Viewers were surprised by the appearance of the legendary voice actor who has voiced many Hollywood stars, including Sylvester Stallone. Furthermore, when it was revealed that he is currently 91 years old, social media was abuzz with comments such as, "I was surprised when Michio Hazama suddenly appeared...he's a descendant of the Ako Roshi!", "The legendary voice actor Michio Hazama, who is well known for dubbing Rocky, is a descendant of the Ako Roshi!!!", "I was shocked twice when he said he was 91 years old", "Michio Hazama looks and sounds like someone who doesn't look like a 91 year old...he's really amazing!" and "A 91 year old with beautiful skin", among other things.
There was also a scene where Usama performed Rocky's famous line, "Adrian!", which drew comments such as, "It's amazing to see Adrian live at 91 years old," "He can still shout out Rocky's 'Adrian!' at 91 years old!" and "You wouldn't believe Adrian is 91 years old."
