To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the TV anime "Rozen Maiden," based on the popular manga by the manga artist group PEACH-PIT, a pop-up store will open at Laforet Harajuku (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo) from November 29th to December 9th. In addition to selling commemorative goods using newly drawn illustrations to commemorate the 20th anniversary, the store will exhibit the settings and original drawings of the anime series, stills from all the series, and colored paper with congratulatory comments from PEACH-PIT and the voice actors. The store will also have a photo corner where visitors can take commemorative photos with DOLK's Rozen Maiden doll. Product samples from the "TV anime Rozen Maiden 20th anniversary scratch card" and figures from Good Smile Company's "Nendoroid" series will also be on display. On the basement floor 1.5 of Laforet Harajuku, eight shops will hold an event titled "TV anime Rozen Maiden 20th in Laforet HARAJUKU," where they will sell collaboration items and accessories that express the worldview of "Rozen Maiden" in advance and in limited quantities. The exhibition will run from November 29th to December 25th. "Rozen Maiden" is a gothic fantasy that depicts the fantastical battles of antique dolls with hearts. It began in "Monthly Comic Birds" (Gentosha) in 2002 and was serialized in "Weekly Young Jump" (Shueisha) from 2008 to 2014. A new series, "Rozen Maiden 0-Zero-", was serialized in "Ultra Jump" (same publisher) from 2016 to 2019. The first season of the TV anime aired in 2004, the second in 2005, and a special edition in 2006. A new series was broadcast in 2013.
