TV Tokyo's popular information variety show "Appear! Ad Town Heaven" (Saturday 9pm). The November 9th broadcast will feature "towns with original flavors" in Tokyo.

Tokyo has the most restaurants of any city in the world and is considered one of the world's leading gourmet towns. The show will cover towns with "original flavors" that have spread from Tokyo to the rest of the country. The surprising stories behind the creation of classic dishes will also be revealed.

In Shinjuku, cream buns from the birthplace of Japan's first Indian curry will be introduced. In Akasaka, said to be the birthplace of cream croquettes, a famous Sichuan restaurant will serve "original" dandan noodles and chili shrimp, and in Ueno, the birthplace of cutlets, Fukujinzuke, an indispensable accompaniment to curry rice, will be featured.

In addition, in Asakusa, a tourist spot from Edo that is still popular with tourists today, the show will introduce a long-established Edomae nigiri sushi restaurant that is the original "negitoro", millet zenzai, and Chinese rice bowls. In Ginza, where the anpan was first made, dishes such as fried chicken, fried shrimp, and shredded cabbage will be featured.
