Even today's most popular actors and artists have their first moments, such as their first appearance, first event, or first live performance. In "My Firsts," we ask them to look back on those exciting moments, memorable events, and bittersweet moments that only come with such inexperience. Hayato Ichinose, who is currently appearing in the drama series "Little Women - Sisters in Love and Me Who Doesn't Love -" (Nippon TV, Sunday 10:30 p.m.), talks about his memories of "shooting a scene for the first time."
◇Everything was a new challenge, and the "Sentai" gave me a valuable experience
I think being an actor is a job where there are always "firsts," but the first scene in my first work (Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger) was the most shocking. It was a Sentai thing, and there was a scene where a big dinosaur, my partner, was missing at a certain zoo, and I was like, "Was he here?" It was my first scene, but it was a scene that was based on CG, so I had to speak loudly to the sky.
I had no idea how it would turn out, but even though it was my first time shooting a scene, I felt that acting was fun. I didn't get any clear response, but I still remember clearly thinking that it was really interesting.
I think acting is basically "interpersonal," but in this work I talked to a green screen a lot, shouted out in the middle of nowhere, and did action scenes. Now that I think about it, it's a normal thing to do (in a Sentai series), but for me it was all a new challenge and a valuable experience.
