It has been announced that a figure of the Galbaldy β from the anime Mobile Suit Z Gundam will be released in April 2025 as part of Bandai Spirits' ROBOT Spirits series, titled ROBOT Spirits
The Galbaldy β was piloted by Earth Federation ace Lyra Milla Lyra and used to teach Jerid Messa how to fight in space. The MS-17, developed by the Principality of Zeon at the end of the One Year War, was modified by the Earth Federation after the war. The Gyan was redesigned, and the exterior of the MS-17, which was produced on the Gelgoog production line, was completely revamped. It has been made lighter, and its mobility and maneuverability have been improved.
The figure faithfully reproduces the design artwork. Interchangeable parts allow the head shutter to open, allowing it to emit a signal flare. The beam saber handle can be stored in the backpack as in the TV anime version, or on the shoulder as in the movie anime version. The shield rotates 360 degrees and can be equipped with missiles. By replacing the parts, it can be set to fire. Also included is a beam rifle, interchangeable missile launcher, effect parts, and more. Total height is approximately 13 cm.
