It has been revealed that a second season of the TV anime "Longing for a Magical Girl," based on the manga by Shodai Ononaka, will be produced.
The announcement was made at the series' first major event, "Mahoako SM (It was so exciting) Thanksgiving," held on October 5th at the Makuhari International Training Center Symposium Hall (Mihama-ku, Chiba City). The trailer is packed with cool and cute scenes of Enormita and Tres Magia, and shows Magiabeze still not satisfied.
The series is currently being serialized on Takeshobo's web manga site, Storia Dash. The story is about a young girl named Hiiragi Uten who dreams of becoming a magical girl, but a mascot appears in front of her that grants her special powers, and she becomes a female executive of an evil organization. The story depicts the battle between magical girls and evil organizations. The first season of the TV anime aired from January to March.
