New stills, a trailer, and a synopsis of the first episode of the drama series "Futari Escape" (TV Osaka, broadcasting Saturday nights at 12:55am from October 4th), co-starring Iwamoto Renka and Tomiri Nao from the idol group "Nogizaka46", have been released.

The trailer shows the life of a senior (Iwamoto) and a junior (Tomizato) living together, set to the theme song "Futari de Hitotsu" (Futari de One) sung by Seino Kentaro. The trailer allows viewers to enjoy the world of the drama, including scenes where the junior asks the senior to escape reality as he plays games while lying on the sofa, and scenes where they go on a late-night drive.

This live-action drama is based on the manga of the same name by Koichi Taguchi (Ichijinsha). It is an escapist comedy about an unemployed, game-loving senior who is a "professional escapist" and a junior manga artist who is busy writing manuscripts every day. It has 10 episodes. After airing on TV Osaka, it will be available exclusively on Lemino Premium.

◇Episode 1 Synopsis

A "professional unemployed" senior and a "struggling manga artist" live together. One day, the junior, frustrated by the lack of progress on his work, gets fed up with a call from his editor urging him to continue, and asks the senior to "help him escape reality." The senior, obsessed with games, refuses, but the junior provokes him, saying, "I'll show you what professional escapism is like," and uses an outrageous method to get the smartphone away from the junior.

Freed from the constant phone calls of his editor, the junior has gained freedom. Now that he has some free time, he starts thinking about how to kill time until the deadline. Seeing this, his senior tells him to "get serious about killing time" and takes him on a late-night drive. Just as the junior anticipates what his senior is thinking, thinking, "Late-night hunger, it must be a ramen shop," they arrive at an unexpected destination.
