It has been announced that new information will be released in November about the all-new animated film "Expelled from Paradise: Resonance of the Heart," a sequel to the animated film "Expelled from Paradise" released in November 2014. Footage has also been released showing an unidentified liquid object crawling down a slope and a motorcycle-like machine being chased. The announcement was made at the online event "Aniplex Online Fest 2025," held on September 13th.
The new film is also attracting attention as it will see the reunion of director Seiji Mizushima, screenwriter Gen Urobuchi, character designer Masashi Saito, and music composer NARASAKI. It is scheduled to be released in 2026.
"Expelled from Paradise" is an original anime set in a world where most of humanity lives in the cyber world of Diva, and depicts investigator Angela investigating the purpose of a mysterious hacking incident.
