Moeka Hoshi: Appearing in a new non-alcoholic chuhai TV commercial

It has been revealed that actress Moeka Hoshi, who gained attention for her role in the American drama "SHOGUN" (2024), will be appearing in the TV commercial "Kirin Ice Zero Sparkling - Unprecedented Refreshing Experience" for the new non-alcoholic chuhai product "Kirin Ice Zero Sparkling Sicilian Lemon" (Kirin Beer).

The commercial will begin airing nationwide on August 26th. It starts with a close-up shot of Hoshi with painted face saying "Nice to meet you," and continues with scenes of him pouring the drink into a glass and tasting it, expressing the "unprecedented refreshing feeling" of the new product. The unique inner voice of Hoshi uttering "Spapapapaan!" after drinking the new product also makes for an impressive commercial.

Hoshi said about the commercial, "In just 15 seconds, we've packed a lot of skill and attention to detail into it, including the sizzle of the can, so I hope you'll watch the whole thing." Looking back on the filming, he said, "The most difficult scene was the one where I drink the product. I often end up pouring it on my clothes or letting them drink it (laughs). I was actually nervous during the actual shoot."
