One day, Aiko (Kiyohara) visits Soha at Kai's house. Seeing Aiko worry, saying, "Someone is trying to corner Shirasaki-san," Soha mutters in Korean, "It's all my fault. I'm sorry. I came here to look for the general, and I met Hyun (Kai) and Aiko, and we spent time together and became friends. Thank you."
Kai returns home at that moment. He asks Aiko if he could intervene and negotiate if he were to sell the hospital. He is in a desperate situation, knowing that if the hospital's financial situation worsens, he will have to make a decision.
Although Kai wants to continue working at the hospital, he says, "If it's better for me to step down, then that's better..." Soha says things she doesn't really mean, "You're a loser. Run away, Kai. I'm going home to Seoul too. Staying here will make me weak, just like you, Kai. I don't want it anymore, I don't want it all anymore."
After that, Soha returned to Japan without telling Kai. In the epilogue, Kai finds a letter in which Soha expresses her gratitude for all that she has done.
On social media, people were talking about the episode, saying things like, "Soha is so sad it hurts my heart," "Soha's sad and heartbroken face... Inu-kun played it perfectly... I want to give him the MVP of the year," "It's a lie that you don't need it all. Don't keep it all to yourself," "Behind the line that you don't need it anymore there was a lot of determination and kindness," and "It ends with Soha's sad expression..."
