A new key visual for the event " Ojamajo Doremi Doremi Summer Party 2025," celebrating the 25th anniversary of the popular anime series " Ojamajo Doremi ," has been released. The original illustration was drawn by Yoshihiko Umakoshi, who is in charge of character design for the series, and shows the six members of MAHO-do with special hairstyles different from usual and wearing cool clothes suitable for a summer party.
It was also announced that the event will be held at the Pacifico Yokohama Conference Center Main Hall (Nishi-ku, Yokohama) on August 3rd. As the 13th episode of the 3rd season of "Mo~tto! Ojamajo Doremi" is set in Yokohama, the event will be held in a memorable location dotted with spots related to the series.
It was also announced that Ishige Sawa, who plays Harukaze Pop, Nagasawa Nanami, who plays Majorica, and Takamura Megumi, who plays Lala, will appear at the event. Ishige and the others will join the already-announced cast of Doremi Harukaze Chiemi, who plays Harukaze Doremi, Akitani Tomoko, who plays Fujiwara Hazuki, Matsuoka Yuki, who plays Senoo Aiko, Shishido Rumi, who plays Segawa Onpu, Miyahara Eimi, who plays Asuka Momoko, and Otani Ikue, who plays Hana. An original reading play by the voice actors will also be performed, with the script written by Yamada Takashi, who wrote the series composition for "Ojamajo Doremi."
It was also announced that Toei Animation's producer Seki Hiromi, who is in charge of the series, and director Sato Junichi, the original series director, will appear.
In response to the event, a fan participation project, "Summer Party 2025 Survey" will be held. The survey will commemorate the 25th anniversary year and will include questions such as "Which episode of the Ojamajo Doremi series would you like to see during summer vacation?" During the event, there will be a corner where letters collected in advance will be read out on stage.
Advance ticket lottery applications have started on Ticket Pia. All seats, including S seats, A seats, and parent-child pair seats, will come with an original event pamphlet as a bonus. S seats will also come with a "Group Acrylic Keychain Summer Ver." and a "Mini Tote Clear Bag."
"Ojamajo Doremi" depicts the daily training of the main character Doremi, who has become an apprentice witch, and her friends as they train to become full-fledged witches. The first season of the TV anime aired from February 1999 to January 2000, the second season "Ojamajo Doremi Doremi Sharp" from February 2000 to January 2001, the third season "More! Ojamajo Doremi" from February 2001 to January 2002, and the fourth season "Ojamajo Doremi Doremi Dokkaan!" from February 2002 to January 2003. The release of the animated film "Looking for Magical Doremi," which commemorated the 20th anniversary of the series, in 2020 also attracted much attention.
