The Gunpla (plastic model) of the Nu Gundam that appears in the anime Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack,"PERFECT GRADE UNLEASHED 1/60 Nu Gundam" (Bandai Spirits), has been announced to be released in January 2026, generating a lot of buzz. Since it is 1/60 scale, the fin funnels are also large. They are equipped with playable gimmicks that allow them to be transformed into three different forms by sliding, rotating, and moving.
Each weapon is carefully designed, including the beam rifle with a sliding and deployment gimmick, the shield equipped with four missiles and a beam cannon on the back, two types of beam sabers, a sliding barrel, a rotating grip, and a new hyper bazooka with a gimmick for attaching and detaching the magazine and warhead.
