The 63rd Shizuoka Hobby Show (sponsored by the Shizuoka Model Teaching Materials Cooperative) will be held from May 14th to 18th at Twin Messe Shizuoka (Suruga Ward, Shizuoka City). ◇Will GQuuuuuuX be announcing a mysterious new product?
Particularly noteworthy are the Gunpla models from the latest series, Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuX. GQuuuuuX and the Military Police Zaku have been released, and the release of the Red Gundam, Sugai's Gelgoog, Bokata's Gelgoog, Light Cannon, and Gaia's and Ortega's Rick Doms has been announced.
It has also been announced that a Gunpla model of the White Gundam, Zaku (GQ) (tentative name) will be released in the "HG" series, but the names of the "New Product C (tentative name)" to be released in July and the "New Product D (tentative name)" to be released in August have not been revealed. ◇Gundam Zilius Gunpla unveiled
New information on the "PG UNLEASHED 1/60 Nu Gundam," a Gunpla model of the Nu Gundam that appears in "Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack," is also of interest. The release of this product was announced at the opening ceremony of the "GUNDAM NEXT FUTURE -FINAL-" event held in February. The release of the popular Nu Gundam from the "highest-end brand" PG UNLEASHED series has attracted attention, but specifications and a release date have not yet been announced. It has also been announced that a Gunpla model of Gundam Jilius, the main character's mobile suit from "Mobile Suit Gundam Eight," will be on display. The series is a "completely new alternative series" that will begin serialization in the August issue of the manga magazine "Monthly Gundam Ace" (KADOKAWA), which goes on sale on June 26th. The June issue of the magazine, which went on sale on April 25th, also featured the setting drawings of Gundam Jilius designed by Kanekotsu, which have been a hot topic.
