Actor Kanata Hosoda will appear on NHK's morning information program "Asaichi" (General) broadcasting from 8:15 am on May Getsuku . Hosoda, who is in the spotlight for his role as young stonemason Go Hara Go in the Asadora drama "Anpan " on the same station, will appear as a guest in "Asaichi"'s regular Friday "Premium Talk" segment.
Hosoda's character "Go-chan" in " Anpan" is a young stonemason who has great respect for the heroine Nobu Asada's (Imada) grandfather, Kamaji (Kotaro Yoshida). He lives in one room of the Asada family home and has known the three sisters, Nobu, Ranko (Yuumi Kawai), and Meiko (Nanoka Hara), since they were young.
Go-chan is also the man Ranko secretly has feelings for, and in the 29th episode, which aired on May 8th and depicted the send-off party for Go-chan as he heads off to the battlefield, the two finally confess their feelings to each other and promise to become husband and wife when Go-chan returns.
On social media, fans have commented on Hosoda's guest appearance with comments such as, "A guest on Asaichi (tears), is that what it means," "Go-chan is going to be a guest on Asaichi? Ah," "Go-chan appearing on Asaichi means...," "Go-chan... I feel like he shouldn't be on Asaichi...," "As soon as I heard that tomorrow's guest will be Go-chan, tears started flowing..." and "No, no, stop it!"
