In episode 6, Shiho is taken by Nakatani (Dean Fujioka) to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare to receive an interview for the "Work Comeback Project," which supports people who want to balance work with marriage, childbirth, and nursing care, and who want to return to work. An employee who promotes dual-income households tells her, "It's a waste not to return to work when you have a skill," and she wonders if she should return to work to contribute to society.
