The lineup for Tetsuko Kuroyanagi's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi, Monday to Friday 1pm), which will air from May 5th to 9th, has been announced. On the 5th, they will feature rakugo performer Bunshi Katsura, on the 6th, designers Hiroko Koshino, Junko Koshino, and Michiko Koshino, the three sisters, on the 7th, actor Masahiro Matsuoka, on the 8th, singer Iruka, and on the 9th, actor Dai Watanabe.
Fumie is participating in the Expo 2025(Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan) as a "senior advisor." He lost his wife and mother four years ago, and now lives "alone" with a cute robot in the center of Osaka. He plays the ukulele he brought with him.
Junko Koshino has designed the uniforms for the previous and current Expo. Her family home is still in Kishiwada, Osaka, and she returns home for the Danjiri Festival. She has a lively conversation about her memories of her mother, designer Ayako Koshino, who was unique and laid-back.
Matsuoka is 48 years old and from Hokkaido. He started commuting between Tokyo and Hakodate. Kuroyanagi is very interested in the delicious food of Hakodate. Also, every time Matsuoka appears on the show, she asks him about marriage.
Iruka lives with his father, a saxophone player, his son and his wife, and four grandchildren. He went to the bank for the first time when he was just about 70 years old. His parents were hospitalized in different hospitals due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but his mother was able to return home, and he was able to spend some time alone with his father.
Kuroyanagi has known Watanabe since he was 4 years old. He debuted at 17 and it has been 23 years since then. He has three children, ages 16, 15 and 4. He says he is grateful every day to his wife, who is 5 years older than him and whom he married 17 years ago. His hobby is farming. His father is Ken Watanabe.
