It has been revealed that the arena tour "(Live) Ringo Haku '14 - The Revenge of the Year's Woman -", which singer-songwriter Sheena Ringo held from October to December last year, will be broadcast and streamed exclusively on WOWOW on May 27th, Shiina's debut date.
This tour was the fourth "(live) Ringo Expo" in six years, held on a larger scale than ever before, with 10 performances at seven venues across the country. "The Mighty Galactic Empire" toured with Shun Ishiwaka (drums), Keisuke Torikoshi (bass), Yukio Nagoshi (guitar), Kazuha Izawa (keyboards), and the orchestra and dance unit "SIS" led by Neko Saito. In addition, AI, Ikkyu Nakajima, Daoko, and Momo, who participated in the album "Hojokai," made guest appearances.
"Sheena Ringo (Live) Ringo Haku '24 – Economic Recovery –" will be broadcast and streamed on WOWOW Prime and WOWOW On Demand from 7:00 p.m. on May 27th.
WOWOW will also be broadcasting two consecutive special features on Shiina on May 24th on WOWOW Prime and WOWOW On Demand. Starting at 7pm, the show will be entitled "Sheena Ringo(Live) Ringo Expo '14 - The Revenge of the Year's Woman", and will broadcast and stream footage of her concert held at Osaka-jo Hall (Chuo Ward, Osaka City) on December 10th, 2014.
Starting at 9 p.m. on the same day, the program will be titled "Sheena Ringo(Live) Ringo Haku '18 - Forty Years of Relaxation" and will broadcast and stream footage of the performance recorded at Saitama Super Arena (Chuo Ward, Saitama City) on November 22nd and 25th of 2018 as part of the arena tour that Shiina undertook in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of her debut.
