Kawada will play Stream, a butcher who uses the air currents generated by the flames to create tornadoes and kamaitachi to attack, Matsukaze will play Fracture, a butcher who stands in the way of the Eighth alongside Gold and Stream, and Sanpei will play Fairy, a member of the Evangelist faction and the "Disaster Executor" in charge of carrying out major disasters.
"Fire Force" is a manga that was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" from 2015 to 2022. It depicts the activities of a special fire brigade team facing the terror and mystery of fire amid a phenomenon in which people suddenly burst into flames and turn into fire monsters. The series has sold over 20 million copies worldwide. The first season of the TV anime aired from July to December 2019, and the second season, "Season 2," aired from July to December 2020.
The third season will be broadcast on the late-night anime slot "Animeism" on MBS, TBS and other networks from April 4th at 1:53 a.m. every Friday. It has been announced that the second season will begin airing in January 2026.
