The 9th episode of the drama series " Who saw the peacock dance in the jungle? " starring Suzu Hirose (TBS, Friday 10pm) will be broadcast on March 21st. We asked the producer about the highlights of this episode.
The original work is the manga of the same name by Rito Asami. It is a suspense story about the intertwining of "love and destiny" between a parent and child caught up in a false accusation case.
◇ Producer's comment
Although this is the ninth episode, just before the final episode, it is actually the final episode (first half). As the subtitle says, "The real culprit's confession," the "real culprit" appears in an unexpected way, and the mysteries of the story are revealed one after another at top speed from the beginning, along with the "true nature" that the person hides in his heart.
Furthermore, an event occurs that will be the most shocking in the drama, turning everything about Kokoro Mugi (played by Hirose)'s life upside down. If you can't watch the broadcast in real time, please be careful not to read spoilers on social media.
Furthermore, the biggest highlight, and I can't go into too much detail, is that in episode 9, the cast was not given a script, and instead filmed a "live performance" in a documentary format. I hope you can guess what that scene is, but this week I hope the viewers will enjoy the drama in real time together.
