TV Tokyo's popular information variety show "Appear! Ad Town Heaven" (Saturday 9pm) will feature "Tokyo Onsen Town" on its February 1st broadcast, which will take a tour of famous hot springs in the city.
The program will feature great hot springs in Tokyo, as well as a drink after the bath. In Hachioji, they will introduce the natural hot spring rock bath next to Takaosanguchi Station, and the specialty "Tororo Soba" along the approach to the temple, which will soothe your tired body. In Chofu, they will soak in the "black water" of Jindaiji Temple in an ancient cypress bathtub. The specialty is soba dango and soba bread. In Kinshicho, they will cover the mecca of a mineral spring water bath and sauna, and eel skewers at a popular bar.
In Higashikurume, we will introduce a clear bicarbonate spring and a local Chinese restaurant with a wide menu like a family restaurant. In Kamata, we will introduce a "pitch black" hot spring town and a pure coffee shop with dry curry and Neapolitan pasta.
