The festival will be held from February 7 to March 2 at Chofu City Cultural Center Tadukuri, AEON Cinema Theaters Chofu, and Chofu City Green Hall, and Director Koga will appear as a guest speaker at the screening of " The Birth of Kitaro: The Mystery of GeGeGe" to be held on February 23.
At the same film festival, director Nobuhiro Yamashita of "Let's Karaoke!" and director Masaaki Tezuka of "Godzilla" also appeared as talk guests at the screenings.
"Chofu vs. Taguchi Kiyotaka <Giant Monster Rampage Festival>" will also be held on March 1st, featuring director Taguchi Kiyotaka, who has worked on many special effects films including the "Ultraman" series.
