Scenes from the movie "Aimi Tagai" (directed by Kusano Shogo, scheduled for release on November 1st), starring actor Kuroki Haru, have been released, featuring Nakamura Aoi playing the protagonist's "slightly untimely" lover.

The movie is based on the novel of the same name by Nakajo Tei (Gentosha Bunko). Azusa (Kuroki Haru), who works as a wedding planner, suddenly loses her best friend Kanami (Fujima Sawako) in an accident one day. Unable to be positive about her marriage to her boyfriend Sumito (Nakamura), Azusa is unable to accept the loss of her best friend who had always been her biggest supporter, and she stops moving forward.

Meanwhile, Kanami's mother Tomoko (Nishida Naomi) and her father Yusaku (Taguchi Tomorowo) are also having a hard time coming to terms with their daughter's death, and a certain incident leads them to try to trace how Kanami spent her life before she died... and so the story unfolds.

The three stills released show Sumito's positive and endearing personality, as he shows Azusa trying to cheer her up, as well as a carefree smile even when he suffers a loss at an unfortunate time.

Director Kusano said of Nakamura, who plays Sumito, "He's a little bit out of sync, but you can't hate him. He's straightforward and kind, but he's clumsy at expressing himself. That kind of personality is perfect for him," and revealed that he offered him the role after comparing it to the image of the character.
