A traveling exhibition of "Magical Angel Creamy Mami 40th Anniversary Exhibition" for the popular anime "Magical Angel Creamy Mami" from the 1980s will be held at Marui City Yokohama (Nishi-ku, Yokohama) from November 1st to 17th. It has been announced that the exhibition will feature the first display of new original drawings by character designer Takada Akemi. The drawings depict a famous scene from the final episode, "Final Stage." To commemorate the Yokohama opening, a limited number of 88 graphs (prints) of the original drawings will be released.

The "Magical Angel Creamy Mami 40th Anniversary Exhibition" is an exhibition commemorating the 40th anniversary of the airing of "Magical Angel Creamy Mami." In addition to three new illustrations created to commemorate the 40th anniversary, the exhibition will feature around 200 items, including Takada's latest illustrations drawn specifically for the exhibition, anime-related materials, and Takada's original drawings. The exhibition will be held at Yurakucho Marui (Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo) from July to August 2023, and has been traveling since then.

Creamy Mami is an anime that aired on Nippon Television from 1983 to 1984. The story is about 10-year-old Morisawa Yu who uses a magic wand to transform into the idol Creamy Mami, leading a double life as an elementary school student during the day and a popular idol after school. Kobayashi Osamu served as director, and Ito Kazunori was in charge of series composition.
