It has been announced that a fan book commemorating the 30th anniversary of the anime Mobile Fighter G Gundam, Mobile Fighter G Gundam Domon Kasshu & Master Asia Pia (Pia), will be released on November 29th. It will include a collection of famous quotes, a complete collection of Gundam fights, a story guide, and more.
The cover will feature Domon Kasshu and Master Asia, drawn exclusively for the magazine. It will also feature a conversation between Seki Tomokazu, who plays Domon Kasshu, and Akimoto Yosuke, who plays Master Asia, in which they will talk about their memories of the time the show was on air, as well as secret stories that can only be told now, 30 years later.
The story of Mobile Fighter G Gundam is that fighters representing each country use Gundams to compete in the Gundam Fight, a fighting tournament. Broadcast from 1994 to 1995, it was set in a world unrelated to the previous Gundam series, and gained popularity as a unique fighting anime. A new spin-off was released to commemorate the 30th anniversary, which has also been a hot topic.
