The second episode of the special effects drama "Kamen Rider Gab" (TV Asahi, Sunday 9am) titled "Happy Crunchy Chips" will air on September 8th.
Shouma (Chinen Hidekazu), who had collapsed again from starvation, is saved by Yukika (Miyabe Nozomi), the gyaru president of the general store "Hapipare", who treats him to lunch boxes and sweets. To repay the favor, he helps out with the work at "Hapipare".
That night, Shouma is led out by the suddenly appearing Gochizou, and encounters a man (Tsubokura Yoshiyuki) who is jogging. The man transforms into Granite, and Shouma transforms into Gab and they collide. Gab then changes form with the help of potato chips!?
"Kamen Rider Gab" is the sixth installment in the Reiwa Rider series, following "Kamen Rider Zero-One". The story revolves around sweets, and follows Shoma, a young man from another world who loves sweets, as he transforms into Kamen Rider Gab and fights against Granute, a monster who tries to kidnap happy people with the power of sweets. The script is written by Junko Komura, known for Kamen Rider Wizard (2012-13) and Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger (2021-22).
