The 32nd episode of the 21st installment of the popular anime series "PreCure," "Wonderful PreCure!", "My Favorite Animal at the Zoo," will air on ABC TV and TV Asahi at 8:30 a.m. on September 8.
Iroha realizes that she has never taken Komugi (voice: Naganawa Maria) to the zoo in Animal Town, so she decides to take her friends out to the petting park. At the petting park, Iroha finds her "favorite animal," who she has been friends with since she was a child. Unlike a normal zoo, she is surprised to see animals walking around up close. After Mayu timidly touches a giant snake and Satoru teaches a little boy how to hold a rabbit, Komugi and the others arrive at the Safari Zone and encounter a herd of elephants.
Among them is Sakura, the grandmother elephant who Iroha has been friends with since she was a child. Mayu is a little scared of Sakura's size when she sees her. Seeing her, Iroha is reminded of the past, saying "I was scared when I first met her too", but Sakura flap her ears and seems a bit uneasy. Characters will also be appearing to commemorate the release of the movie "Wonderful Precure! The Movie! A Thrilling Adventure in the Game World!" on September 13th.
The motif of "Wonderful Precure!" is "animals" and the keyword is "Everyone's friends! Wonderful!". Set in Animal Town, a town where animals and people live together in harmony, the story depicts the deep bonds that are woven between animals and people, such as dogs and their owners, and cats and their owners, and interactions that transcend species. It is also a hot topic that this is the first time that a "dog Precure" will appear in the series, which began in 2004.
Maria Naganawa will play Cure Wonderful/Inukai Komugi, Atsumi Tanezaki will play Cure Friendy/Inukai Iroha, Hayate Matsuda will play Cure Nyamie/Nekoyashiki Yuki, and Reina Ueda will play Cure Rilian/Nekoyashiki Mayu.
