The ninth episode of the TBS Tuesday drama "Mirai no Musuko" (Tuesdays at 10 PM), starring actress Mirai Shida, aired on March 17th. The tearful performance of child actor Yu Amano (5 years old), who plays Mirai's (Shida's) son Sota, touched the hearts of viewers.

Sota finally faced the time to return to the "future" and confront it.
"Mom, we'll meet again, right?"
Mirai gently hugged Souta, who was asking anxiously, and with tears welling up in her eyes, she replied, "We'll definitely meet again."
Thunder rumbled outside the window. Filled with loneliness, Sota burst into tears, saying, "I don't want to. I'm not going home. I'm staying here forever."
Sota sobbed sadly. Mirai tried to cheer him up by saying, "Mommy and Ma-kun are waiting for you on the other side," but Sota's face crumpled up and he continued to cry.
On social media, comments such as "Yu Amano is a genius at crying scenes," "Yu Amano steals the show again. He's amazing," "Yu Amano is such a talented child actor," "I want to give a monetary gift to whoever cast Mirai Shida and Yu Amano. They looked like real mother and daughter," and "Ah, I cried my eyes out. I really love this child actor, he's so cute!" spread.
