The second promotional video for the TV anime "Majirumie Co., Ltd.", based on the manga currently being serialized on Shueisha's manga app "Shonen Jump+," has been released on YouTube. It depicts a newly graduated magical girl and the members of Magirumie Co., Ltd. uniting to fight against "monsters," and the opening theme "Made to Order" sung by Mafumafu has been released.
It was also announced that a special program in collaboration with Nippon Television's morning information program "ZIP!", "ZIP! Special Edition: Majirumie Co., Ltd.! Please Tell Us!", will be broadcast on September 29th at 4:25 pm. As a special edition of the popular corner "President! Please Tell Us," hosted by Suzuki Fuku, Thursday personality of "ZIP!", the program interviewed the editorial department of "Shonen Jump+." An interview with Fairouz Ai, who plays Sakuragi Kana, and Mafumafu will also be broadcast.
"Majirumie Co., Ltd." is an action manga about work and magical girls, written by Iwata Setsuka and illustrated by Aoki Yutaka. Set in a world where natural disasters known as "kaii" exist and magical girls who exterminate them are recognized as a coveted profession, the story follows the protagonist Sakuragi Kana, who joins the venture company Magirumier Co., Ltd. as a new graduate and struggles as a working adult and magical girl. It has become a hot topic, ranking third in the web manga category of the "Next Manga Awards 2022".
The anime will be directed by Hiraoka Masahiro and produced by Moe and J.C.STAFF. Fairouz will play Sakuragi Kana, a new magical girl at Magirumier Co., Ltd., and Hanamori Yumiri will play Koshigaya Hitomi, a senior magical girl who has a rough personality but is caring, and who teaches Kana how to prepare herself as a magical girl. It will be broadcast every Friday at 11pm from October 4th on Nippon Television's anime slot "FRIDAY ANIME NIGHT (Fura-ani)".
