It has been announced that a robot toy based on Imuraya's ice cream "Azuki Bar" will be released in April 2025 as "Superalloy Azuki Bar Robot" from Bandai Spirits' "Superalloy" series. It transforms from ice mode, which reproduces the form and texture of the "Azuki Bar" at 1:1 scale, to robot mode, which is clad in glittering plated alloy armor. The price is 13,750 yen.

The toy was created by scanning an actual "Azuki Bar" to reproduce its form and texture. With a total weight of about 240 grams and an alloy ratio of about 95%, the hardness of the "Azuki Bar" is expressed. In robot mode, the transformation mechanism allows it to move and pose like sitting upright. The total height of the robot mode is about 11 cm.

Preorders are being accepted on Bandai Namco Group's official shopping site, "Premium Bandai." It is being exhibited at the Tokyo Toy Show 2024, Japan's largest toy trade fair, which is being held at Tokyo Big Sight (Koto-ku, Tokyo).
