It has been announced that a new series in the tokusatsu drama "Kamen Rider" franchise, "Kamen Rider Myth," will air on TV Asahi every Sunday at 9:00 AM starting in September. The title of "Kamen Rider Myth" was only announced at the "Kamen Rider 55th Anniversary Announcement" held on April 3rd, but a teaser visual and teaser movie have now been released, revealing that Myth is a Kamen Rider based on a mouse. This will be the first time that a Kamen Rider based on a mouse has taken center stage. Like Zeztz from the currently airing " Kamen Rider Zeztz ," Kamen Rider Myth wears a transformation belt on his chest and transforms using an egg-shaped key item. A Kamen Rider based on a cat, the natural enemy of mice, will also appear and clash with Myth.
Kamen Rider Myth is characterized by his silver body and clear blue eyes. The visual also depicts two cat Kamen Riders. The red cat is named Kamen Rider Maoh, and the black cat is named Kamen Rider Lido. In contrast to Myth, who wears his transformation belt on his chest, they wear theirs on their waists. For the first time in the history of the "Kamen Rider" series, Kamen Riders who wear their transformation belts on their chests and waists will face off.
Myth wears the Myth Driver transformation belt around his chest, while Lido wears the same belt as Myth around his waist, but unlike Myth, he has attached a Hammer Bone Buckle to it. Maoh wears the Maoh Driver around his waist, and it is said that each of the three belts has different abilities. Visually, they transform by loading the egg-shaped items called Ride Exes that float around Myth and the others.
It was also announced that Kamen Rider Myth will appear in the movie " Kamen Rider Zeztz 's Farewell Mission," which will be released on July 24th.
