The "2026 First Half-Year Talent CM Appearance Ranking" (Nihon Monitor) was announced on July 1st, and actress Haruna Kawaguchi, who appeared in commercials for 17 companies including eBay Japan, ENEOS, and Odakyu Electric Railway, took first place.
In second place were Mio Imada and Shohei Ohtani, each with 16 sponsorships; in fourth place was Mana Ashida, with 15 sponsorships; and in fifth place were Ryohei Suzuki and Minami Hamabe, each with 12 sponsorships.
The ranking covers individuals who appeared in television commercials broadcast on Nippon Television, TV Asahi, TBS, TV Tokyo, and Fuji Television (the five commercial broadcasters in the Tokyo area) between January 1st and June 21st, 2026. The number of companies that hired each talent was calculated based on whether the commercial they appeared in was actually broadcast, not on the "contract period" of each talent. If a talent was hired by multiple companies within a group of companies, each company is counted as one. Appearances in program promotions or narration only are excluded.
