TV Tokyo's popular information variety program, "Shutsugen! Admatic Tengoku" (Saturdays at 9 PM), will feature the Seibu Tamagawa Line as the fourth installment of its Seibu Railway series in its June 6th broadcast.
The Seibu Tamagawa Line is an 8-kilometer-long line with six stations, running from Musashi-Sakai Station (Musashino City, Tokyo) to Koremasa Station (Fuchu City). It does not connect to other Seibu lines, and the program's preview video is billed as a "solitary local line," showcasing the natural scenery along the route.
The program features the first permanent railway line in the Tokyo metropolitan area where you can ride your bicycle!? Shin-Koganei Station, which uses a wood-fired stove, a long-established Japanese confectionery shop, Tama Station, which is full of foreigners and has a diverse international atmosphere, the restaurant with a long line at the terminal station Koremasa Station that serves exquisite stewed offal, and the famous beef stew at Kyoteijo-mae Station, where tough guys gather.
Furthermore, the program will cover topics such as the grandson of Eiichi Shibusawa!?, mocha soft serve ice cream at Tokyo Racecourse, a former international flight attendant turned flower farmer with a food truck in front of his house!, abandoned tonkotsu ramen?, a popular restaurant with long lines at Shiraitodai Station!, waraji tonkatsu set meal, a real-life police academy!, and two police academies.
The guests were Reo Tsuchiya, the vocalist of the a cappella group "RAG FAIR" and a television personality, and Saya Ichikawa, a model and television personality.
