Actress Erika Karata will appear in a show called "Snack Ebichan ~A Relaxing Tipsy Bar~ Regular Customer Erika Karata," co-starring with Ebichan from the comedy duo "Marie Marie," which will air on BS Yoshimoto at 10 PM on June 7th and 14th.
Karata and Ebi-chan are very close friends in real life, and the drama "The Wicked Queen," which was streamed on Netflix, was what brought the two of them closer together. They said they saw each other almost every day during filming, and their conversation unfolded like peeking into a casual get-together between friends, from memories of their audition days to behind-the-scenes stories of getting in trouble with the producer for becoming too close.
The show is set in a small snack bar called "Snack Ebichan" in Tokyo, where the bar's owner, Ebichan, who loves alcohol and is a great hostess, and Erika Karata, a regular customer who is always there for some reason, invite comedians as guests and engage in tipsy conversations.
The first episode will air on June 7th, and will feature Nagisa Nasaka and Mekuru Kinjo.
