A limited-time themed cafe, "The The Apothecary Diaries Original Novel Cafe," based on the light novel "The Apothecary Diaries" by Natsu Hyuga , which Shosetsuka ni Naro on the novel submission site " The Apothecary Diaries," will open in Tokyo and Osaka. The cafe will offer a taste of "The Apothecary Diaries" from a culinary perspective, drawing inspiration from "medicine" and incorporating the principles of "medicinal cuisine" from a different viewpoint than the story.
The concept revolves around the categories of "warmth," "purity," and "peace." The menu includes steamed beef inspired by the episode of Maomao warming herself at the winter garden party, steamed mushrooms and clams inspired by the scene where she gives Jinshi salt to check on his health, steamed chicken to enjoy with a citrus-flavored sauce, steamed buns with fillings such as walnuts and pumpkin seeds, honey and berries, and job's tears and cinnamon, as well as teas that focus on "warmth," "purity," and "peace."
