The results of the "LINE Manga 13th Anniversary! Favorite Manga General Election," held to commemorate the 13th anniversary of the electronic comic service "LINE Manga," have been announced. In a participatory project where users voted for their "favorite manga" based on 13 themes in honor of the 13th anniversary, the top 3 for each theme and the top 30 works with the most votes have been revealed. "ONE PIECE" was selected the most, ranking in the top 3 in 5 out of 13 themes, including "Manga with memorable quotes that touched the heart," "Manga that will make you cry uncontrollably," and "Manga with amazing plot twists." "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba: Kimetsu no Yaiba" and "Teenage Mercenary" each ranked in the top 3 in 2 themes. All results are available on the special page and in the "LINE Manga" app. Voting was open from April Getsuku to 22nd, and a total of approximately 2.88 million votes were collected.
LINE Manga is running a campaign titled "Go! Go! Golden Week Campaign." The campaign includes events such as shortening the usual "Daily Free" charge time (one free chapter every 23 hours) to 5 hours for over 555 titles, and a gacha (lottery) where you can win a coupon for 99% off all volumes of popular manga titles. The campaign runs until May 6th.
