The final volume (volume 3) of " Jujutsu Kaisen ( Modullo)," a spin-off of Gege Akutami 's popular manga "Jujutsu Kaisen," which was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha), was released on May 1st. To commemorate the release of the final volume, a special PV by MAPPA, the animation studio behind " Jujutsu Kaisen," was released on YouTube. The PV was directed by Shun Miyakawa, who directed the music video for "Tokyo Clone" by the music unit "After the Rain" and was in charge of the key animation for the theatrical anime "Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc." The PV features Junya Enoki , who plays Yuji Itadori , and Nobunaga Shimazaki , who plays Mahito in the " Jujutsu Kaisen " anime.
" Jujutsu Kaisen" is a manga that was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" from March 2018 to September 2024. The story follows high school student Yuji Itadori, who is thrown into a world of battles against curses after a powerful "cursed object" is unsealed.
The spin-off "Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo" is set in 2086, 68 years after the Culling Game, with Gege Akutami as the original author and Yuji Iwasaki as the artist. It began serialization in "Weekly Shonen Jump" in September 2025 and concluded in March of this year.
