The second episode of the TBS Friday drama "Takusari Brothers" (Fridays at 10 PM), starring actor Masaki Okada and also featuring Shota Sometani, aired on April 24th, and a character who appeared at the end of the episode has become a hot topic.

The drama follows the "Tagusari Brothers," older brother Makoto Tagusari (played by Okada), a detective, and younger brother Minoru Tagusari (played by Someya), a medical examiner, as they investigate a series of heinous crimes that occur daily and pursue the true culprit in the murder of their parents, a case that expired just two days before the statute of limitations was abolished.
Towards the end of episode 2, Minoru receives a call and rushes to a hospital with Makoto. Minoru tells Makoto, "Apparently, he was brought in this morning. He didn't have any identification, but he did have his name on it."
Then Minoru explains, "It's stage IV pancreatic cancer. He's in a coma due to septic shock," and the story unfolds with the non-fiction writer Tsuda (Kazuki Iio), whom the brothers have been pursuing for a long time, lying unconscious there...
