It was revealed on March 29th that Mariko Shinoda, a former member of the idol group AKB48 and now an actress and model, has remarried. Shinoda updated her Instagram account (@shinodamariko3) and wrote, "I would like to announce that I have registered my marriage with the person I have been dating for some time. I hope that we can walk together peacefully."
Shinoda married a non-celebrity man in February 2019 and announced the birth of her first child, a daughter, in April 2020. She announced her divorce in March 2023.
