The non-credit version of the opening sequence for the fourth season of the TV anime "Re:Zero(Re:Zero)," based on the light novels from MF Bunko J (KADOKAWA), has been released on YouTube. The video features the opening theme "Recollect" by Konomi Suzuki feat. Ashnikko, and shows characters such as Rem, Ram, Julius, Emilia, Subaru, and Beatrice.
A still from episode 67, "The Reason I'm Taking You Out / Gorgeous Tiger Reloaded," which will be the first episode of the fourth season, has also been released.
"Re:Zero" is based on a light novel written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichiro Otsuka. The story follows Subaru, a high school student who is summoned to another world and gains the ability to rewind time whenever he dies. The original light novel series has sold over 13 million copies. The first season of the TV anime aired from April to September 2016, the first half of the second season aired from July to September 2020, the second half aired from January to March 2021, the third season's "Attack Arc" aired from October to November 2024, and the "Counterattack Arc" aired from February to March 2025.
Season 4 will consist of 19 episodes in total: "Loss Arc" (11 episodes) and "Reclamation Arc" (8 episodes). "Loss Arc" will begin airing on TOKYO MX and other channels from April 8th. "Reclamation Arc" will begin airing on August 12th.
