TV Asahi's popular talk variety show "Ame Talk!" (Thursdays at 11:15 PM) will feature Shunsuke Ito of the comedy duo "Oswald" and Iwakura of "Kaerutei" appearing together on television for the first time since their breakup on the March 19th broadcast.
The episode was titled "Comedians Who Have Had Many Stories Together," and featured seven comedy groups who debuted in 2012: Shinku Jessica, Oswald, Kaerutei, Kuuki Kaidan, Sayaka, Cotton, and Kishitakano.
In 2020, Ito and Iwakura began sharing an apartment with three other comedians. The two then started dating, and this will be their first television appearance together since their breakup last year. They will each vent the frustrations they've kept silent about for so long.
The promotional video shows Iwakura jokingly asking, "I wonder how funny they're going to make it?", which causes the studio to erupt in laughter.
