Actor Fuka Koshiba stars in the NHK evening drama "The Incidents Happen Around Them" series 3 (General TV, Monday to Thursday, 10:45 p.m.). In the third episode on March 11th...
The drama is a novel situational comedy set in a small local police station, focusing not on the crime itself but on the troubles that arise around it. It is produced by the staff of NHK's popular comedy program "LIFE!". Ko Shibasaki plays Mano Ichika, a detective at Shingetsu Police Station who hates to lose and wants to accomplish everything on her own. Series 1 aired in 2022, and series 2 in 2024.
In addition to Koshiba, series 3 will also feature Masaru Kasamatsu, Yukiya Kitamura, Kana Kurashina, and Shuhei Nakano, who appeared in the previous two films, with special guest Osamu Mukai also appearing.
The subtitle of the third episode is "Detective Nikaido." In the drama "Detective Nikaido," which the detectives at Shingetsu Police Station are crazy about, Yoji Shiina (played by Mukai), who plays the main character, comes to the station for an interview to prepare for his role.
Everyone is excited. They want to hear Detective Nikaido's catchphrase, "Good job," in real life, so they try every trick in the book to get him to say it. However, Mano (Koshiba) and Tanizaki (Kitamura) get too excited and end up spinning their wheels. Udagawa (Kasamatsu) and Mukaida (Kurashina) also miss every opportunity.
Will we be able to hear a live version of "Good Job"?
