Nakata is always calm and collected, but he cannot stand up to his only daughter, Kokoro (Ishizuka Nanako), who is 8 years old and lives far away. Kokoro's custody is held by his ex-wife, a lawyer, and he can only see her twice a month.
When Nakata met with Kokoro alone, he asked her, "Is there anything you want for your birthday next month?" to which Kokoro replied, "Maybe Daddy's cooking. Daddy has lost weight since we lived together, so you should start by reevaluating your diet." Nakata was embarrassed, but Kokoro continued, "Write up some paperwork. Mom said there's no contract more dangerous than a verbal promise." Nakata was surprised that his daughter wanted to put the promise in writing, and could only say, "Okay. I'll email it to you so there's evidence."
On another day, Nakata grumbles, "He's so good with words, I can't say anything careless. It's a problem," as he is caught in a conversation with his cute, precocious son. Koonami (Hashimoto) immediately chimes in, "Ah! He's got a daddy's face now!"
On social media, the topic became a hot topic, with comments such as "The smile on Nakata Sensei's face as a dad is just...!", "Nakata Sensei's daddy side is irresistible", "Nakata Sensei is irresistible as a dad!", "Osamu Mukai is doting on his daughter", "His gentle daddy face is so emotional", "Osamu Mukai with his daddy face is good too", "Mukai Osamu being dominated by his daughter is good", and "Thank you Nakata Sensei for his daddy face. There is really a demand for him."
The drama is a medical entertainment story about Tagami Kotoha, a hardcore Yankee girl who, after her best friend dies in an accident, studies hard to become a neurosurgeon and brings a breath of fresh air to the medical field. It is an original work based on a real doctor.
