In his dream, Moko (Ryutaro Imai) becomes a high school student. His mission is to protect basketball club members Nasuka (Rina Onuki) and Kouha (Hirakawa) from Nightmare, who is setting up a death game.
As the students are defeated, Kouha takes up a gun and challenges Nightmare to a fight. When Moko steps in, Kouha mutters "Seven." Why that name...?
"Kamen Rider Zeztz" is a story about Baku Yorozu, who possesses the power of "lucid dreaming" that allows him to control dreams as he wishes, and who protects people from the monster Nightmare that appears in their dreams as Kamen Rider Zeztz. The script was written by Yuya Takahashi, who served as the main writer for "Kamen Rider Zero-One" and "Kamen Rider Geats."
