The cover of the original soundtrack for " Be Forever Yamato: Rebel 3199, " the latest installment in the remake series of the popular anime " Space Battleship Yamato, " has been revealed. The cover was designed by Kia Asamiya, who is responsible for the image drawings for "Yamato 3199." The soundtrack will be released on February 20, 2026.
"Yamato 3199" is a reimagining of the original works "Be Forever Yamato" and "Space Battleship Yamato III," with a new interpretation added. Harutoshi Fukui will serve as general director.
There are seven chapters in total, with Chapter 5, "The Incandescent Galactic War," set to premiere on February 20, 2026. The second trailer for Chapter 5 has also been released on YouTube.
